Easy Whipping Cream Biscuits

I have to thank Barbara, a co-worker for hooking me onto these delicious and SUPER EASY biscuits.   2 Ingredients, 15 minutes, and you are eating some great homemade biscuits.  Click on Print my List to print this recipe.

WHIPPING CREAM BISCUITS

2 Cups Self-Rising Flour
1 Cup Whipping Cream

Blend together until dough comes together.   Knead on floured surface and then roll out to about 1/2 inch thick.   Cut with biscuit cutter and bake at 425 for 10 minutes or until golden brown.  

I like to brush with melted butter when they come out of the oven.
